Ordering
Our minimum order is 100 boxes for most product lines — one of the lowest MOQs in the industry. For specialty items like luxury rigid boxes, the minimum is 50 units. There is no maximum order limit.
Timeline
Standard production takes 5–6 business days after artwork approval, plus 3–4 days shipping. Rush orders are available in 5–7 business days. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2 business days via our freight partners.
Design
Yes, 100% free. Our in-house design team will create a print-ready dieline from your logo, brand colors, and any artwork you provide — at no extra charge. Unlimited revisions are included until you're completely happy with the result.
Printing
We offer full-color digital and offset printing on all box styles. Available finishes include: Matte Lamination, Gloss Lamination, Spot UV Coating, Soft-Touch Lamination, Aqueous Coating, Foil Stamping (Gold & Silver), Embossing, and Debossing.
Samples
Absolutely. We offer free stock samples of our standard box styles shipped to any US address. Custom printed samples can be produced for a small sample fee, which is fully credited toward your first production order.
Sustainability
Yes. All our stocks are sourced from FSC-certified forests and are 100% recyclable. We use soy-based inks for printing and offer kraft and recycled board options at no additional cost. We're SFI-certified and proud to be a green-first manufacturer.
Artwork
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PSD or TIFF files (minimum 300 DPI at actual size). If you only have a low-res logo or just an idea, our designers will build your artwork from scratch at no charge.
Customization
Yes — every dimension is fully customizable. We manufacture to your exact measurements (length × width × depth) with no tooling fee for standard die cuts. Custom die cuts for unique shapes are available for a one-time die charge.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is included on all orders to the contiguous 48 US states. We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, and LTL freight for large orders. Expedited air freight is available for an additional fee.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, and company checks. Net-30 terms are available for qualified accounts with a credit application.
